The Retinol Plus (Age Intervention) from Marini Skin Solutions is a highly concentrated all-trans-retinol serum combined with advanced peptides and antioxidants for optimum results and is integrated with soothing and hydrating ingredients to offer superior experience with minimal acclimation.
Very helpful for especially, mature skin , this serum contains 0.5% retinol, which works to improve the look of fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, uneven texture and large pores. You must use a good SPF day cream when using retinol products!
Suitable for all skin types. Use a small amount to clean skin on the face every other evening for the first few weeks until skin acclimatises to the product.
How to use
How to use
Apply product sparingly over the entire face every other evening for the first 1-2 weeks, then slowly increase usage, as tolerated, to 1-2 times daily. If irritation occurs, decrease the frequency of application to allow the skin greater time to acclimate.
When using Retinol care is needed.
Use once or twice a week each evening as tolerated. Usage can be slowly built up to every other night and then nightly or as tolerated. For ageing recommended to be used 3 months on 3 months off or use 3 times a week all the time. For acne or pigmentation use for longer until results are seen then reduce the frequency of use.
Apply a pea-sized amount of Retinol to thoroughly cleansed skin in the evening. Carefully avoid the eyes and the corner of the eyes. You should try not to apply anything else after to your skin at night. If a moisturiser is needed wait at least 30 minutes after applying the retinol before applying any corrective or moisturising products. Please ensure you are applying your antioxidant serum and sunscreen every morning to avoid sun damage and pigmentation. Avoid using retinol whilst on holiday if you are exposed to extreme sunlight (stop a few weeks before)
